I recently completed an editorial photography assignment for Missouri Life Magazine. The editor asked me to drive to down to Bennett Springs near Lebanon, Missouri to meet writer Emily Wasserman. I followed Emily and her beau Jim as they fished the cold spring waters for trout at Bennett Spring State Park. The restaurant at the park will cook your catch and serve you a delicious hot meal. Here’s a photo of some of the fish Emily and Jim caught, cooked to perfection by the chef at the Bennett Spring Dining Lodge. The photograph was taken with a Canon EOS 5D Mark IV camera with a Canon EF24-105mm f/4L IS USM lens at ƒ/5.6 with a 1/80-second exposure at ISO 400. The processing was done with Adobe Lightroom CC.
