Here’s an example of some commercial photography at Artichoke Annie’s Antique Mall in Columbia, Missouri. I asked my beautiful mother to model for this photoshoot. I recruited a photogenic salesperson at the store to pose too. We found an attractive antique booth with plenty of ceramic and glassware. I had my mother hold the glass candelabra in her hands for a price check while the salesperson looked over her shoulder. I used two off-camera wireless Quantum Trio flash units to take this picture. I placed one flash behind and to the right of my subjects to illuminate the background. I put the second unit in front of my models to flash some light on their faces. I’m a big fan of the Quantum line of flashes. They are versatile and powerful with a quick recycle time.
The photograph was taken with a Sony ILCE-7RM2 camera with a Sony FE 24-105mm F4 G OSS lens at ƒ/5.6 with a 1/60-second exposure at ISO 400. The processing was done with Adobe Lightroom CC.
